Foundations Studio Architectural Folly
The architectural folly project from foundations was my very first experience in creating a concept that informed a design. I picked this from the coursework in foundations because the emphasis on the project was solely about forming a structure around the concept and emotions you wanted to express, which I feel like further equipped me to think this way for other projects and classes. I thought for a first year, the design was pretty creative and gave me some confidence moving forward. As a reflection on this project in my overall coursework, this project provided me a sense of how to reflect my personality in my work, which I found to really enjoy.
